We sponsor an annual seminar for Ph.D. students
Every year, SUEZ, the University of Lorraine (France) and Bonn University (Germany) co-organize an international Water and Health seminar for Ph.D. students. The event provides a forum for students from all over the world to discuss the results of their research (pollutants of hydric origin, epidemiology, microbiology, the sociological aspects of crisis management, etc.) with leading international scientists.
We provide a forum for discussion
The seminar provides a forum where students can share their experiences and projects with other young people, dialogue is encouraged between different generations of scientists and the disciplines related to this issue.
The 2020 SUEZ Water and Health Award
The seminar’s Scientific Committee awards a prize of €1,500 to the student who makes the best contribution to improving water safety.
Participants are given the opportunity to publish their work in a special edition of the International Journal of Hygiene and Environmental Health.
Students have until 26 April to apply for the SUEZ “Water & Health” prize.
